The Fairfax Residence is a mid-century modern home built in 1957 featuring the characteristic integration of architecture and nature. Having suffered a fire and poor repairs over twenty years ago, a cohesive approach of restoration and remodeling resulted in this newly modern home. A bright, open concept layout highlights original, restored terrazzo, windows, and valances while a new kitchen, quartz countertops, sustainable cork flooring, and microtopped epoxy finished cement bring the living spaces into the 21st century.
