The Smith House, once home to the well known The Lady Chablis, is a 1981 three-story townhouse built to emulate a 19th century Savannah row house. A dated, compartmentalized layout led to extensive remodeling of the residence resulting in a serene sanctuary detailed throughout with Carrara marble, ebonized oak, and contemporary art. The addition of french doors, additional windows, and skylights creates light and bright interior spaces, while a covered porch and intimate courtyard garden provides a meditative outdoor retreat.
